We read every message.

Before you write

If your alarm didn't sound, these are the usual causes:

• Low Power Mode was on overnight. iOS suspends background audio far more aggressively in this mode.
• Notifications are disabled for Pavane. Check Settings › Notifications › Pavane.
• Focus or Do Not Disturb is filtering the alarm. Add Pavane to your Focus allow list.
• The app was force-quit from the app switcher before sleep. Leave Pavane running in the background.

Reporting a problem

Including these makes it much faster to fix:

• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• The Pavane version, shown at the bottom of the app's settings screen
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• Whether Low Power Mode was on

Requirements

Pavane requires iOS 26 or later. There is no Android version and none is planned.
